The Pan American Food & Music Festival is a one-of-a-kind event that presents the best food, music, and culture from the 41 countries of the Americas.

The twelfth version of the Pan American Food and Music Festival (PANAM FEST) will take place on July 20th & 21st at the iconic Nathan Phillips Square, a vibrant, active space in the heart of Toronto.

Registration is now open for chefs who want to participate in the Ceviche competition.
