Lenis Ascanio has encountered her passion for cooking since the early years. Trained in Venezuelan cuisine at her grandma’s kitchen, Lenis has evolved and extend a variety of authentic traditional recipes into a modern version of them. Owner of Azafran Catering in Toronto since 2007, she has performed in the corporate scene, as personal chef and in large scale public events. Enchanting palates in a multicultural city Lenis delivers traditions, secrets and love from a latin stove.
